We're staying in the RV park and have enjoyed the eating at the bar & grill here on the property. No complaints at all. The food is excellent, the prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is great and the staff is very friendly and attentive.

Good food and great service! That says it all. The gumbo had amazing flavor. They make it in house. I wasn't surprised. You can't can flavor like that. The turkey ham was like 6 inches tall. It was good too. Nice dinner in a pinch.

Me and my partner are traveling to NOLA from Arkansas and this was the perect meal to start off our NOLA vacation. I decided to go with the shrimp po boy, and my boyfriend ordered the cold cut sandwich. The po boy was phenomenal. It was stuffed to the BRIM and that's how I heard every po boy should be. The only thing I wish about the sandwich was more seasoning, the shrimp at times tasted bland. The restaurant was right next to the water, so it was good view to see once we were finished. There was sports playing on every screen so it was great entertainment(the Pelicans won). We were the only ones dining besides another group so the restaurant wasn't too crowded. Great experience!

Food is absolutely delicious and the service is 5 star. Definitely worth your time and money. I got Crabcakes and hush puppies, Gumbo and Chicken wings and everything was great. I will definitely be going back. There are some really great lodging options also that will be trying in the future. To you're the bartender it's "New Orleans best kept secret!" And I agree.

Went there before Katt Williams Comedy Show. Had a light snack before the show. Ordered Boudian Balls, Party Sandwiches, and Salad, for the table. The place is on the waterfront with great views & ample parking for everyone, especially handicapped. All was delicious. Our waitress was knowledgeable and friendly.

We parked and set up our rig at the RV Resort and then relaxed on the dog friendly outdoor patio with a couple cold beers. The restaurant is upstairs next to the pool area. There are 2 sets of stairs and a wheelchair accessible ramp. Take the marina side stairs if you bring your pup Our server was friendly and attentive and brought our pup a bowl of water. She even gave some great recommendations for some other local eats when we go explore NOLA. That is always appreciated. We both enjoyed our meals. I had the crab cakes and hush puppies and hubby had the catfish po boy. Great view and we couldn't have asked for a better afternoon. We look forward to going back!

Waterfront Dining This is located at the New Orleans RV Resort and Marina, on a canal off of Lake Pontchartrain. Easy to get to by both car and boat with parking for both. The dining room and outdoor deck are on the second floor, accessed by a long winding ramp for handicapped folks. The dining room is comfortable, but we preferred to sit outside on the covered deck overlooking the small harbor and boats. We had a server that was just as friendly as you could get. Sitting near the water called for a tropical cocktail so I tried the Pontchartrain Punch per our servers recommendation for being less sweet as compared to a Hurricane. The drink menu has plenty of drinks to wet the whistle. My wife had her usual soda and lemon. My cocktail was quite tasty and electric pink/orange. For an appetizer we had the Swamp Balls (7.95). Three alligator and 2 boudin balls that were made with rice, seasonings and the proteins, coated and deep fried, served with a spicy ranch sauce. Both were tasty. We split an order of Crab Cakes and Hush Puppies (16.95) for our meal. The dish had two nice sized all crabmeat cakes and several hush puppies. Both piping hot and tasty. While the menu is not super huge, it has all the right things on it. As it was a little drizzly out, we had another drink and enjoyed sitting near the water. We would go back.

Very impressed with the bar! We stayed at the Rv resort and came first for some hurricanes! Delicious and very strong! Came back after the Saints game for some delicious dinner! Highly recommend this place!
